For the new edition of the International Alba White Truffle Fair, we continue the story that began with the Coltello di Alba. This year we present the Utility Knife, also crafted in a strictly limited run of 60 numbered pieces, blending fine craftsmanship, design, and everyday versatility.

Handmade from 1.4116 stainless steel and featuring a handle in oak wood from Barolo wine barrels, it preserves the same authentic soul of the Langhe that made the first model unique. Its slim, precise blade is perfect for fruit, vegetables, and fine detail work, offering exceptional balance and control.

Each knife comes with a handmade leather sheath, protecting the blade while highlighting its value as a collector’s piece. The Utility Knife is not just a tool, but a new exclusive edition, created for those who wish to carry with them a true piece of Langhe tradition.
