    • hand wash the knife with warm water and neutral detergent, then dry with a soft cloth;
    • store in a block or drawer with the protective sheath; never leave blades in contact with other blades.

    • to sharpen the blade at home, we recommend using the Horl sharpener or a water stone;
    • have your knife professionally sharpened by an expert craftsman every 6 months, or depending on use.

    • periodically oil the handle with a few drops of vegetable oil and remove the excess with a cloth;
