THE STORY OF A DREAM
Our story began in Trentino in the early 1900s thanks to the passion of a family of knife grinders from Val Rendena and their revolutionary dream of producing their own handcrafted knives.
The idea took shape a few years later, when in 1929 our family moved to Bra, a Piedmontese town between the Langhe and Roero regions, to open the first cutlery workshop and immediately establish itself as an important local business.
However, the real turning point came in the late 1980s with the arrival of Silvano, whose talent for crafting handcrafted knives was immediately evident. Silvano was an innovator and his mindset went against the grain, but thanks to his courage, the cutlery company grew and focused on the production of handcrafted kitchen knives and collectibles.
The dream of its founders has finally come true.
Today, the cutlery company is in its third generation with Alessia and Nicolò, confirming the entrepreneurial nature of the Collini family.
Thanks to their energy and enthusiasm, the cutlery company is already looking forward to new challenges, such as expanding into foreign markets and the recent launch of its handcrafted table knife lines.
