Oriental version of the kitchen knife. Its name means "three uses": meat, vegetables and fish.
Hand forged blade in RWL34 steel with mirror finish, Sardinian juniper wood handle and stainless steel rivets.
Supplied with beech wood sheath with velvet lining and a little bottle of oil for the care of the handle.
