Bread knife
Knife with reverse serrated blade: it is a perfect knife for cutting bread, panettone, and leavened products without crumbling or crushing them. It is widely used for bread made with sourdough and sponge cake.
Handcrafted and sharpened in our workshop, the 29 cm long blade is made of stainless steel 1.4116 with a satin finish, and the handle is made by reusing and embedding the processing waste of various woods in transparent resin. The handle has a matte effect.
